NOVA RPCV & RPCV/W Jazz in the Garden

This event had to be canceled since the National Gallery of Art had a very limited number of people they allowed to register. Registration/tickets were closed in 2-3 minutes after opening on the National Gallery of Art website. They have limited the number of attendees for COVID-19 precautions. I apologize for the inconvenience and will try to plan another event soon.

Join NOVA RPCV & RPCV/W for Jazz in the Garden located at The National Gallery of Art-Sculpture Garden (7th Street and Constitution Ave NW) on Friday, June 24th 6:00-8:30pm. Caique Vidal and Batuque: Afro Brazilian Jazz band will be performing. This is a free event but the National Gallery of Art is now requiring registration on their website beginning a week in advance of the event. Please register on the National Gallery of Art website and RSVP with us by click the "Attending" button on this NOVA RPCV page so we know to look for you at the event. The weekly Jazz in the Garden events have been booking up quickly so I would recommend registering on the National Gallery of Art website as soon as the registration opens. Our RPCV groups will meet in the grass in front of a big bronze metal sculpture as you enter the Sculpture Garden. The Peace Corps flag will also be displayed in the grass next to the bronze sculpture. The Sculpture Garden sells beverages and food to enjoy. You may want to bring a blanket or towel to sit on. Chairs and your own food and beverages are not permitted past the security check.
